Two reasons,

A) The devs clump all melee professions into TKA. If you notice, almost all 'fixes' to TKA involve across the board fixes, like we're equals or something.

B) There's roughly 6x more TKA's then Pikemen. If not more.

So why do they get more defense then us, I thoght we were teh defense gurus of melee.

Yesterday I stood side by side with a TKA, expert i believe, and had plenty of time in between swings to watch him take apart a Tusken Chief. He swung constantly. Obviously with special moves, no time in between hits. Ok, makes me look like a doof. Not to be outdone, were the Bounty Hunters with their LLC and flame throwers and whatever, doing insane damage.

What the *$#&!!

I don't think that all classes need to be equal. You dont bring a knife to a gun fight. An unarmed guy shouldn't be able to take out a tank. Thats just the way it is.

But for cryin out loud, throw us a bone.

Didn't you know? To the Devs TKA = only melee in game. I mean really, they've posted alot more in just the TKA forum than they have in pikeman, fencer, or the swordsmen forums.

And I agree, a guy with a pair of brass knucks shouldn't be doing tons more damage than a guy wielding a 6-foot poleaxe.

If you check the TK forum the devs post there more than here.

This would be far more dramatic if I went through posts not in the professions forums (i.e. Test Center, and SWG discussions).

No we are the ones that look scary and cool while spinning.

Unarmed by mandate have to worry more about def than us. But they shouldn't get that much damage.

And a staff inherently is a great defensive weapon.

Does that include the posts asking for volunteers to be correspondents? If so, I don't think those really count. So the actual nuber of posts would be more like :

And thats pretty funny. Zero love for any melee but TKA.

No I took the posts out that announced profession corespondents.

yeah, brawler means TKA in SWG. the other 3 are just there. fencers and pikemen have been askin for a little help since day one, and we have got nothing but nerfs. berserk now is useless, and now KD is now useless thanks to exploiters and our fellow BHs.
