Pikeman Archive

I decided to go master brawler and branch off into the elite melee classes for the defensive bonuses and I must say the pikeman grind is purely grueling. You guys have testicular (or ovarian for all you pikewomen) fortitude coming out of the wazoo. I salute you guys for putting up with all this crap and pray you all get fixed. Good luck.

Im going to cry because my holocron told me to master pikeman /cry

Seeing as im a Master CM im totally screwed, wont even be able to keep my master CM, will have to drop it along with doctor and pistoleer (need to master medic and fill up the ranged support line in marksman to get to CM, wont have enough points left to master pikeman).

Heh dont worry i have a second account, will try to get another holocron tomorrow and ill use it on that second account.

That second account was started only to give me lots, because i hold the PA hall for our guild and we all know, PA halls rob us off all our lots but one. Sooo i have plenty of skill points available on that char.

If the holocron would have told me to master something actually acheivable without having to drop almost everything i have i would have done it on my main. She got multiple badges, shes completed a lot of quests, shes almost through the rebel themed park. IMO the professions arent the only thing to "check" on the list and thats why i wanted to give it a try on my main...but seeing as pikeman would totally screw her, and pikeman is an evil ignored profession by the devs, that made me change my mind. Ill have more chances to open my FS slot on a new fresh account i think.

Anyways my post was only about the fact that i feel for you guys, i really hope the profession will get some attention one day. We know pikeman is evil, thats why we dont want to train in it heh (bad holocron, bad).

I got a decent slice on my lance... It's now 407 max damage on it's powerup and +15 range modifiers with only 31/41/31 HAM cost.... Too bad it doesn't pierce armor Perhaps I might work a little better now.
