...only 15k or so left...how big of an improvement am I going to see, or will I be disappointed.?

If you are using the vibrolance you will notice the difference less on low end mobs but the higher end ones that have dodge/counter-attack/block it helps cut down on the number of times you see that. Ifyou are using the lva you will notice a big differnce cause you will see much less of you swing at the picket but you miss... . Well at least I did, not that from what I have seen the lva ever gets all that accurate but it should take you to hitting 1 time in 10 to one time in 5 with it.
