Thread: how did u do it?
How did u all lvl to novice pikeman?
P.S. im not a holo chaser..just doin it for fun

...personally, I took missions, like durnis, or if I was feeling bold, crazed durnis. Kill em all, earn a few coin, do it again. Granted this was very early in the game, and a reinforced staff was as good as it got.
If you need money, do missions, if you don't...then send it to me 
The grind to novice anything in the melee classes are long and often tedious. To spice it up, try to not look at the progress bar, and just have fun playing the game. I'm always pleasantly suprised when I look up my stats and see I'm ready for training in something, without having to stare at it through every point. It may also help to join a group. Pikemen are fairly easy targets in the early stages.
biwan: MohrHuurtons, Huurton Howlers, Huurton Huntressess on Dantooine.I usednew armor, lots of stims, crates of Moun Gold, 2 Grauls (when "PlanA" fails).

simple as this: group hunting
the expe is ok, and the fun makes the time fly by. Just make sure you get into a good group, and by good I mean a group which doesn't make you wana lay down and take a nap 
Polearm 1, 2, and 3 were easy for me but4 and novice pikeman were a little slow till I figured out that I could use my carbine bleeds on Kaadus and then go finish the off. I think the best trick is to find someone to team with that has ranged bleeds and is willing to help you power level. If you are a fresh toon and dont have any left over combat xp to get your first bleed then I sugest you pick up novice marksman and level pistol up to the first bleed and use that as a helpful tool. Its not like you have to keep it . Just my advice to make the lower levels easier.

Like someone said before go Dantooine and crush every Huurton type you see. In terms of missions get Huurton Huntress lairs, the reward is between 7000-7500 credits.
Don't forget armour and buffs, get muon gold for your mind if you want but the downer kinda sucks. I usually just get by with a little regen after a fighting. If you can get some really high kinetic composite or ubese then do so, composite is your best bet in my opinion cos its good for other kinds of attacks.
Im a holo pikeman but Im finding it kinda fun, if this class had some accuracy it'd be the most deadliest!
