Thread: an interesting thought....
recently i decided to try taking on creatures that conned red to me. in particular tusk cats, pit boses, and various forms of agro squalls and spinflaps.....
as of this post i am a novice pikeman 0/0/0/0 i have aVL that is 3.6 speed 200-495 damage 36% wound -25 at all ranges (with powerup) i wear a composit chestplate and pants (not sure on the stats but they do have good kinetic resists) i have a +4 polearm accuracy plate in my armor and without buffs/drugs/or foods i can effectivley solo the fore mentioned creatures, sometimes more than one at a time while they con red to me.... so while we may suck in PvP PvE we kinda kick @$$. so there may be hope for us yet..... just a thought

any person who has played pikeman for any length of time will find it obvious thatpikeman's strength is in PvE.
Your weapon though, how did you get on eso high end? I am not sure that i have ever heard of a Vibro Lance that is even over 350 MAX damage...like ever. As a matter of fact i'd say that the highest is probably closer to 300-320. Does your have a power up? Was it player made?
This weapon is the reason you are doing so well.
You have the damage of a Long Vibro Axe, but the speed and accuracy of the vibro lance.
But also know that it is no strange thing for any character class to solo red cons. The con system isn't too aweful accurate.
i hear ya on the con system, but yeah i have this totally awesome weaponsmithe that i hang out with who made it for me, then an awesome smugler who sliced it, and a !#$!#@ load of powerups to keep dumping on it. it's my baby, he even named it "serena's death lance" hehe

a correction to my weapon stats, the damage is right (that's post power up) but the accuracy is actually -29/-29/-29 and the speed is 3.9.... although still not too bad IMO.
