Just like most pikeman, I am pretty frustrated with some of the problems that the class has

And just like most other pikeman, I like how it's a small community where it is rare to see another pikeman.

With that said, what would happen if they made pikeman as powerful as some of us would like it to be? It would end up with all the former commandos and TKAs moving to pikeman.

Anyway, I would loveif they fixed accuracy, HAM costs, and other problems with pikeman. But if pikeman didnt continue to be the weakest melee class, would you like to tradea pikeman'srarity and uniqueness for more power?

mmmmm - i like the rarity of pikemen tho that seems to be disappearing with the amount of pikemen now around due to holos. I believe that we will still be rare if the pikemen class is fixed - bringing it up to say 80% of the power of TKA etc - because people wil flock to the most powerful standard for the smallest advantages. People will also continue to flcok to TKA as it offers an efficient method of spending points as they can pick this powerful melee class up while building Smuggler or Commando characters.

In essence I believe we will still maintain our mystique as long as we do not become more powerful than other classes, and our class does not lead into any hybrid professions.

Most pikeman don't want to be the flavor of the month, and they certainly don't wantthe 1337 d00ds comming into our profession by the masses, we just want pikeman to work.

As the combat pass nears an end in february-march, the gaps between the professions won't be as big as they are now, so inevitably I think we'll be seeing more pikeman, but I don't think we'll be getting the min-maxers.

I would trade in rariy for power, because Im sick of not doing anything damage-wise... Its something we'll have to trade in if we are to progress at all...

I think that Pikeman will still be scarce, simply becuase we're such a small faction now, that no one will realize until months later how good we are, simply becuase they've never fought us...

But Im all for more power...

Make ONLY MASTER Pikeman Great, keep pre master pike (i.e. novice) crappy and the min/maxers, power monger, or what ever they are called, will say it still stinks and wont invest the time and effort.
