I put on my armor, it was only +1, if I get enough say like +10 do you think I will actually start evading?

my armor has about +11 evasion in it now, the only diffrence i noticed is that cob fires more when i wear it.

What do you mean fires more, you +block+ more with the + evasion when CoB is on?...
If so that is lame, if it is an evasion skill tape, we should evade, not just block more...

I always thought that the evasion tapes were defence against someone using that type of weapon on you?
