I just hit Pikeman 0/0/1/1

Some other Pikemen suggested Fort Tusken and The Squill Cave. Anyone ever do any leveling at either?

Fort Tusken is a total feeding frenzy, at least on Sunrunner... xp/kill may be good but at only 1-2 kills a minute I don't think it's worth it...

Squill Cave on the other hand... Get a good damage pike and some good armor and you can level the whole Pike profession in a day there.

Hmmm,

Unless I'm mistaken, didn't I read in one of the latest patch notes that they reduced the spawn rate there, making a it less of a prime grinding location?

The squill cave isn't a bad idea but unfortunately tends to get crowded. Theres always the tried and true quenker missions though, once you get 4002 (do that first), then you can get huurton stalkers. In a large solo group they can give nearly 80k per lair. Just make a macro to do the grinding for you:

/polearmspin2
/pause 1.5
/macro macroname

Replace polearmspin2 with your best current polearm area attack.
When you get to your mission run up and target the lair, turn on the macro, and in 5 minutes there will be nothing left.

They did nerf it slighty but it's a lot less than people were worried it was going to be... It's still a 'constant' spawn, even with 15 people in there - not likethe spider cave where you have to sit on your ass for 4 days first. You can still level mega fast in there, you just can't sit in the same room for your while buff session like the good old days.

Squill cave is the only way to go tusking fort has slowed tremendously down. One thing tough you in the Squill caves look out for the tusking overseer that likes to play around at the entrance! I was in there to day and some jerk off brought him into the caves killed every in the cave lol!
