Thread: are pikeman able to rack up serious FS xp?

With the obvious grind ahead of most of us for FS xp...I hear a lot of people saying that Commando is the way to go with grenades, but with master pikeman generating 5K per Mokk or Junta or quenker - I feel the pikeman are a great xp machine!
Your thoughts?

yup, pikeman owns mokks and jantas. I also plan on picking up tka so that I can cap two weapon xps...hehehe. I would say all melee should be able to rack up xp pretty good, but I would have to say the low man on the totem pole is fencer...just cause they dps isnt as good as the others. Still when i was master fencer I could tear them up just fine...so really i dont think it matters. Area attack+Area kd are great though hehehe.

Genosian caves for the win 
I capped out pike/swords/combat exp in about 90 mins.
Huzzah for weapons that can outdamage jet eye.
Side note: grinding in rancor valley can be very rewarding also, and you can kill misc nightsisters for crystals.

Problem with me is im a stubborn one, I will not give up Doctor and go back to Swordsman 
... Im stuck with my Pikeman / Doctor Combo .. even if it means only getting Polearm and Combat XP. Nothing to complain about eh

TKM/Pikeman/Swords 3404
900K x 3
Plus 270,000 combat xp
will take a bit to get to that template first, but it will get your Combat FS the fastest and isnt a bad template for all PVE types.

If you do TKM and Pikeman, how are you able to constantly generate XP if you have to keep equiping and unequiping your LVA or VL? I guess in my head, you should just keep using your LVA or VL to rack up the xp...
Unless I'm missing something here with the TKM and Pikeman template?

you can use unarmed exp also....
Best way to do it is have 2 or more combat proffesions then bring in the exp.
You get 30k per proffesion capped out and 100k for having maxed out combat.

That's what I do, peak out Pikeman first, then do Swords, and if I'm really bored, I could do some TK. Just depends on the mood I'm in at the time.

My current template is pike/archi/novice fencer but i want to grind out my FS XP and not worry about leveling fencer. I get buffs, put on my high end armor, then head out to rancor valley. Get as many rancors around me as possible, then use KD/Area2/Spin2 and enjoy the corpses pile up. I dont try and grind fast, so i only avg around 300k xp an hour.
