If I want to keep spamming Intimidate and CoB, is there a good macro? What delay timing should I try to use? Any help would be appreciated.

for COB take your COB duration and add a few to compensate for lag then test it:
/CenterofBeing;
/pause57;
/ui action toolbarSlotxx;
for Int just use
/ui action ClearcombatQueue;
/Intimidate2;
(Capitalization may be misplaced)
then whenever you need to int just hit it and it will clear everything and int immediately.

Be sure you have some really good buffs, those are both expensive to use if you're going to loop both.

I've been wanting to know the command to clear the combat queue for a long time. Thanks! Who would have guessed it was /clearcombatqueue..........

The best CoB macro I've seen is ripped from this thread in the swordsman forum. It toggles the macro on and off with one button so you don't need an extra /dump button.
Personally, I don't find any CoB macros very useful in practice. Against lower-level stuff I can certainly handle hitting the button without any assistance and against the high level stuff you never block even with CoB active. Fighting a NS protector or elder with a CoB macro just wastes your own HAM.

Isn't it /ui action clearcombatQueue ?
not sure of the placement of caps at work atm.
Also, if you want and Intimidate macro, try this:
Intimidate1
/ui action clearcombatQueue;
/intimidate1;
/pause 10;
/macro Intimidate1;
This does not take into account failures, stacking and intimidate2. So play with different ones to address those issues.
