yup, i have one myself, its very cool... only thing is, it doesnt do alot in PVP due to the fact that every one wares so much armor, that there 2ndary stats dont ever take wounds. realy, in PVP, disease does jack, its all about the poison dots, best use i have found for disease dots it putting them on AFTER a poison, so the doc has to heal them first...

still, the pike is neet

Was quite shocked when I got it but I think it'll be mighty cool in pvp
