Ok i picked up medic and its really awesome. But here is the problem. I have no idea how to use it!!!!

SOmetimes i will be forced to run because the stuiped guy just wont heal himself. Can i not heal in battle? do i have to be a combat medic for that? I mean whats the deal-o. Right now my only plans are full pikemen, a little medic and scout. (very little scout, probly wont go past hunting I and whatever that thing is that makes you faster on moutians I) So i have plenty of extra skill points. So I can pretty far in the medic world if i need too.

Im a Novice Pikeman / Novice doctor and i know the frustration....if you use meds in battle it just takes a while to use, and you should use it early if the beast you are fighting is taking your stats down fast..so by the time your stats are low...you use hte medicine and youre all better...patience is all you need.

If there is anything queued up in your moves, you have to first wait for those to be executed, then it will take another second or 2 for the medicine to heal you. The only way to make it faster is to clear your battle queue, and use the medicine at that point. As a medic with a rifle, I can tell you I can usually get some shots in, with an additional 2-3 moves queued up before I need to use a stimpack on myself.

I'm a Novice Pikeman (with defense 1) and a novice doctor (with jack)

I have Shift+F11 set to a stim pack. When fighting, click nothing as if to deselect, it will still indicate that you have your target selected, then hit the stim pack. You'll heal yourself after a few seconds, like the guys above said make sure to preforcast a heal so that you aren't dead before you bust it.

Also, level Pharmacology first, so that you can use stronger stim packs.

If you can get PolearmSweep 1, it's helpful for me to use it, then heal while they are on the ground. With a 5.0 attack speed LVA it's not practical to be able to hit while they are on the ground

The attic was less to us from the cellar the bones like the attic let them have it let them stay in the attic. When they sometimes come down the stairs at night and stand perplexed behind the door and headboard of the bed brushing that chalky skull with chalky fingers with sounds like the dry rattling of a shutter. Thats what I sit up in the dark to say.

One of the problems you're likely having is that you've chosen a slow weapon profession.

The delay on your stimpacks is directly affected by the delay on your weapon while you are attacking. You'd see your toon heal MUCH faster were you using something like a 1h sword or a 2h curved sword. Something with a speed of 2 seconds or so.

Ah Caelrie, I was unaware of that. I guess it is true that everybody learns something new everyday. Well that should encourage all us Pikeman to get high 2s for speed on our Long Vibro Axes.
