Pikeman Archive

What race is really good for pikemen..Zab looks like a good choice because of the +defense to stun blind and intimidate..but are their stats a lil weak? just give me some thoughs on what you think makes good for the class.

There really isn't a bad choice...

Zabrak, Trandoshan, Wookie, etc.. are all fine choices considering the fact that stats can be changed for any.

The general consensus is that Trandoshans and Wookies make the best melee fighters, followed closely by Zabraks.

If I were to really try and maximize a polearm character I would choose a Wookie simply because they have the most starting stat points, and since armor is of questionable value to pikemen. However, this all may change in the future.

My pikeman is a human. I prefer this race for the character I am building.

So.. choose the race that you like the best. It should be a hard decision, and I would'nt loose sleep over trying to make the best pikeman out of statistics alone.
