I cant remember the last time I've been incapped so many times by a bunch of savage quenkers!

This profession has succeeded in breaking down my aversion to crafting and made me finally take up Doctor so I can wave my lance around without killing myself.

And I now have a unhealthy fixation with nightsisters.

Have I missed anything?

And before I forget....I owe it all to Foomerang who I saw walking around Dantooine one day with his Master Pikeman title on and thought it would be cool to undertake a profession everyone seems to have overlooked.

Pllz dont refer to pikers in terms like Uber. Next you'll be calling us 1337 and we'll really be FOTM and have all the TK tossers switch to our glorious, if somewhat hampered, profession.

On the profession as a whole u are correct... it is quite nice... and i must say that by now (sort of half way to my master) i am finally starting to actually be effective (PvE mostly).

I actually awed my huntgroupmembers last night when meeting a couple of stormies in the wild. U know how those buggars can sometimes stand around in a neatly formatted row? Being the front line of my merry men i just walked up to them (was still unteffed) stood halfway in the line and hit sweep2. Dropped 4 of them in a single strike... and it looked soooo cool. Now where is that demo button when u need it? :-)

I think this is irony. Not 100% sure. Like 99.9% .

I was originally going for your template: MPikeman/Brawler Novice TK/Fencer/Swords but felt there's not much of a future left in it once they get around to nerfing defenses & brawler (wish I would have known about the warcry nerfBEFORE I mastered brawler and dropped it ) Besides, I haven't mastered Doctor yet so who knows? maybe I'll get lucky and unlock my jedi with it

In any event...Im keeping pikeman for the time being, I like it.

I was a master pikeman for a day or so they can do some nice damage with a good damage sliced lance. I remember the first real test I did asa master pikeman, I went to the janta cave intentionaly agro'd 6 of them, let them circle around me area attacked them until they were all dizzy, then hit sweep2 it was so sweet knocking down 6 cavemen at once. It also unlocked my FS slot so I will always be grateful to pikeman
