when i apply action fire and action poison from 2 diffrent lances only one ticks was this intended
didnt so since there diffrent dot types

Post patch you're only allowed to have one DOT on a target.
However, this seems to be somewhat bugged

Bugged as in ... it works fine?
I regularly bleed dot poison n health and tried a fire one just to see, all work. Or have I missunderstood by a few miles?

um... i stacked 3 difrent mind poisons and a mind bleed (3 difrent DoT weapons, and a rifle bleed) on a friend of mine last night... so unless this was patched in with the geo-lab... /shrug

hmm i dotn know then it seems to only happen when i apply 2 diseases form my energy lance the action poison and teh fire if i dont use the energy lance diseases it seems to work fine
i think secondary attribute diseases are bugged
