Well the range mods are worse than what can be crafted so would either take someone with accuracy sea to use or a master.
The ham is nice.
The speed is 2 points higher than what a master can craft so its slow unless once again someone has sea.
Damage is good pre slice but with a damage slice you end up with a slow weapon and with a spd slice your at a weaponsmiths level if you bought a LVA with a damage slice.
So its really only got the ham costs going for it but with buffs and food thats not a real big issue.
Its an pretty good loot for a lance, could be worse or could be better.
