Im now getting close to master pikemen, 4,2,4,3 and i was wondering what is the speed cap for pikemen, no skill mods and no master brawler. AKA what is the slowest attack speed you can have on a weapon and still max on speed? Oh i also wanted to know if either of these are any good: (Both are player made and speed sliced)
Long Vibro Axe
Speed: 3.1
attack: 127-378
Wound:56.7%
Range: -24 all around
Vibro Axe
Speed:2.8
Attack: 124-316
Wound:Forgot
Range:+14 all around

With the +75 speed at Master Pikeman with neither mods nor master brawler, you need a weapon speed of 1.3 to cap on every attack. You get very close at 1.4 or 1.5, but don't actually cap until 1.3.
At the other end of things, you'll first hit the cap on the fastest attack (autoattack) with a 4.0 speed weapon. Anything above that will have you not capped on anything.
Is that second weapon really a vibro axe, or was it supposed to say "vibro lance"? The vibro axe is a swordsman weapon, not ours. If it's a vibro lance it's a very nice one, with the damage and range both being better than most I've seen. The LVA is also about as good as you're likely to find, and must have gotten a pretty good speed slice. Nice weapons overall.

Speed calcualtions
at the bottom of that is a link to some kind of calcualtor, not all values seem to be the same as posted here on the forums though.
