So besides NS Vibro-motors is there any looted components that will upgrade our weapons?

We only use vibro motor components, so it's pretty limiting. You can get loot drops off Nym's guys that can boost the max damage when crafting vibro units. It's usually a +20, but I've seen some a little higher. If you get a good slice they're worth it, but a normal weapon with a good slice will be better than an enhanced one with a mediocre slice.

We can of course loot entire weapons that are very good, just not really components with which to craft good weapons.
