well i think you get it at polearms 2 because i had polearms 3 and could use it but then i droped it down to 2 and it still worked

u only need basic lance certification

I am a Master Swordsman just wondering how high in Polearms or Pikeman you have to be to use the NS Lance. I am ready to get trained polearms 3 to get the LVA. Thanks in advance.
