ok i would like to get some skill tapes, i dont have a clue how they work, and ive read somewhere that they dont work very well...

im assuming i can buy them (probably expensive, and never acctually seen them in a vendor) but i want my polearm to be a lot faster/do more dmg or whatever.. im 3/0/2/2 not sure if thats why im so slow but i would like some help with how they work,where to find them, and how toapply them... or how much they cost... im on kauri

should finish the speed tree before u work on anything else which is the 4xxx tree that has all the speed mods and when ur master it is alot faster u can tell + u could become a master brawler they get a polearm speed mod

skill tapes are mods or attachments that u can add to your armor or clothes. They range from 1- 25 addition to a skill u have or dont have. there is a guide on some forums about how to use them. But ill give you the jist of the 2 hand tapes. DONT buy/use any two hand tapes other then speed or accuracy. 2 hand damage and evasion or counter attack do not work. Speed tapes are a very very big help allows you to use a damage sliced power hammer at speed cap 1hit per second. As far as other sea's any defensive tapes are good like def vs posture down def vs KD def vs dizzy. OH and if u get a high sea that is an armor attachment put it on a ubese shirt so it lasts forever
