I currently have a fire health lance and was wondering if anyone could tell me the wait time before it would hit again. As in if I already have the dot on somoene and it hits them, how long will it take to hit again. If somoene could answer this questions for health poisons as well that would be great.

This lance has a min bid of 500k and I was wondering if its worth that.
