I just came back to the game and find out all my really expensive DoT weapons are going away.. kind of frustrating.

well, they are taking off the DoTs for sure, i dunno if they will add some damage to the weapon to substiture the loss of the DoT or if your just gonna get screwed over.

For you I hope you get some refund
But imo Jedi, DoT's and exeptional weapons are the worst things in this game. They ruin it.

On flurry people are trying to auction off all these really nice lances for pretty good prices, but nobody's buying. I agree DoT's are overpowered but it kind of sucks I get screwed out of so much money. My toon is a doc/cm/pikeman and my main form of damage is going away.. haha.

I'm waiting on permission to post information on what will happen with DOT weapons. Will post it if I can get the permission. I can say that they will be converted to fit within the new system, though.

And the devs said that the scale will be retained. If you have the most powerful weapon pre-CURB, you will have the most powerful weapon post-CURB, but what will change is the difference between the most powerful and the norm, it won't be so imbalanced.

Gunman just made a post saying that weapons with DOTs will have their damage upped but will lose their DOT completely...........
