I've got a concern... I've got an 800dmg LVA I use for PvE. After the CU, is this gonna be crap? I've heard a lotta rumors about all the weps being changed, just wondering what's really going on...

Hmm difficult to see the future is...currently on TC , raw damage-wise the LVA isn't looking like one of the better weapons. However it may receive other bonuses or be better for a particular type of combat post CU. There's a lot that still may change , i wouldnt sell it just yet.

Yeah it will still be a good LVA but the question is , will the LVA be good relative to other weapons after the CU?

didn't they say they were going to "redo" the current weapons so that they are better suited to the cu, so a 800lva now is high and it should be boosted to be high in the cu

Definitely, in the CU docs they came right out and said that while the stats *will* get shifted around, a powerful weapon now will still be a powerful weapon in the CU, relative to everything else.

That's the big question. A great LVA post-CU could very well be like having a great metal staff now. Its cert will be relatively low, and DPS goes up with higher level certs.
Now is the time to gather up great Vibro Lances if you ask me.

o ya and DONT throw away ur ns lances, on tc they have like 725max!!!!! ns lance ftw which should be awesome cause my ns lance right now is 725 : D

That's the big question. A great LVA post-CU could very well be like having a great metal staff now. Its cert will be relatively low, and DPS goes up with higher level certs.
Now is the time to gather up great Vibro Lances if you ask me.
