Thread: What is the polearm with the skulls on it? Picture/name?

Okay, I keep hearing about a polearm that has skulls on it.. but I can't find a picture, or even a name. I was told it was Poison Pike, but I've seen that, so... what is it? Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Trandoshan hunting lance is the skull lance. The quest for it is given by a Trando called Ssiksik in the slavecamp nearest Kachiro starport.
The Poisonspike is a differentlance , dropped randomly by NK-Necrosis in the Myyydril Caverns.
