These are spinoffs based on post by annelid0 .. I just summarized and threw few ideas of my own.

Change Intimidate to Area Intimidate at master.
This would make great sense in terms of pure def crowd control. Bump effectiveness to 25%, or extend duration.

Change to Warcry (different variation ideas)
Since reduction in speed (15) points is so ineffective most of the time, specially in PVE.

a) Reduce movement speed for everyone in the area. This would be a great skill. Pure crowd control. Use it to keep everyone/everything around, or to get away.

b) Reduce general attack speed by 30% (instead of 15 points) in a radius. (This would be much more effective in both PVP/PVE)

c) Reduce general melee defense by 30% in a radius.

d) Terrifying Warcry sends everyone fleeing. All creatures/players in area are forced to flee in the direction they are facing for few seconds. Great for inducing chaos.

e) Bring back our old Warcry at froze things in place/until attacked.

"If it aint broken, fix it until it is! (nge)"

Skill based system, turn based combat, Teras Kasi, Creature Handler,
Ranger, BioEnginer, Swordsman, Fencer, Pikeman, Brawler, Riflemen,
Pistoleer, Carbineer, Scout. Skill, true Jedi, working economy, crafter
and entertainers that matter, professional interdependence. People,
inovation, originality, and fun....

Not sure this one is really crowd control, but the mental image it conjures up is just hilarious to me

All good ideas.
