Sorry for a noobish question but what is it? From my understanding she is a nightsister boss, right?
Why is everyone trying to kill it/her? AWESOME loot or what? Also, where can it/she be found?

She is a WENCH, I hate her. She has killed me twice.
Yes, she is a Nightsister in the cave infront of the Nightsister stronghold. If you are good you can solo the entire cave with the exception of her. If you get too close she yells "protect me sisters" and 6 protectors spawn and commence to whoopin your fanny. Not only that she is an ungodly monster. Her force attacks by pass armor and they hit for close to 1k each and they come fast. I use warcry so I can dot her just to have her eventually wack me.
But yes, she drops an "Energy Lance" schematic that allows 5 energy pikes to be made as long as you have 2 NS vibro motors for each pike.
yupp, she's part of the new creature system and is indeed a boss. So is her pet, that stupid Corvo, borov, something like that, named Rancor... they're both nasty and deserves nothing but pain. Although Axkva is somewhat a hot little goth girl, she has some badass forceattacks as stated...

Depending on how many people you have, and your medics, I've found that large groups of ranged personel should encircle her, constantly moving and trading off aggro. In doing this you can tend to keep her in the middle of the circle, running to and fro, seemingly not sure who to attack. Use the meele members in your group to rush in and take aggro on a rotating basis, running in, attacking for a few rounds, then falling back for the next person to rush in. Any meele member that has ranged skills should pull out their blasters as they fall back, it will help ease the trade off of aggro. Mind hits are all importaint. Keep the people that can attack the mind standing at all costs. Even if you need to bite it multiple times in the process. You also want to make sure your medics use full use of the drag command, they shouldn't have to come within 15 meters of her.
This is, mind you, for a full guild type operation where not everyone is a uber master ass kicker. Everyone will have a role, just remember to lay off the specials should she start looking for your head, auto attack and let someone else piss her off. Trees are great too, if you can't see her, she can't use a force power on you either.

1 or 2 combat medics, and a couple of doctors (along with people with just medic)
bunch of people who are pistoleer and carbineer etc probably around 5 of these
how do you think we will do?
