Greetings all,

At long last, I have attained Novice Pikewoman. I have been playing casually since the game was released, and started my way up the polearm brawler tree from day 3, I think. I have been loving the spin attack I got at polearm 4, and cant wait to try out the action hit2.

As I mentioned in another thread, I originally wanted to become a martial artist in SWG, but one that used a staff like in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. The wooden staff and reinforced combat staff were great and fit the "look" I was going for. As I graduated to using my trusty lance and sometimes LVA, the look I was going for was lost, but I had already fallen in love with the class. I realize that our class is filled with frustration, but I think being a pikewoman is very cool and unique. One thing that is interesting is the holocron craze and new pikemen appearing. I am amazed that someone can achieve novice in a couple days. I guess I am not a hardcore player (I like to RP most of the time), but I am still surprised to see the posts here.

Anyways, if anyone is on Sunrunner and wants to hunt together, please send me a message. A few of us brawlers are putting together some hunts.

And lastly, I finally feel qualified to contribute to this messageboard topic.

Hey kiya!

Glad to see you are having a good time with your profesion. Currently Im a TKA 0/0/0/0 and decided to work on the brawler branch. Ive always thought about the Pike, because one of my favoritecharacters is the Crimson guard from the STar Wars movies.

Ive finally decided to go for pikeman and also work on 4/4/0/0 of TKA. One reason because i like the meditate branch and the other to get some good KD for when I solo. anyways im Brawler 4/4/1/2 and tonight i should be at least 4/4/2/3 or higher. It depends on me finding a trainer on the hunts I go or if i decide to also work on some of my tka.

Well Ive decided on becoming a Pike, and would like to hunt with you sometime. Perhaps get some tips. Currently ive been hunting with soem friends in Yavin and guetting over 30 k xp a night. If i dont go on a guild hunt tonight ill be hunting with them again. If you feel like joinning in sometime let me know.
