Ignore People
Give the biggest hand to the most working and already best melee profession
Give the least help to the least working and most gimped melee profession
Make the normal minimal posts about the individual elite melee professions
Use the following phrases: "we're working on it" and "as intended" on obvious problems
Give an unarmed person with a knuckler a longer reach than a long pole.
