Each (Exceptional) or (Legendary) weapon is called such because of outstanding numbers for one or more of it's stats/mods/DoTs. This one is exceptional only for it's HAM costs. Unfortunately, along with the Wound chance, having good HAM costs and poor damage means it is limited in it's usefulness.This one isonly good for applying states if you're unbuffed.

regular weapons- nothign exceptional.....

excellent weapons- one thing thats exceptional...

(exceptional)- a couple exceptional things...in this case HAM and speed...unfortunatly...

(legendary)- 3-4 or more.....pretty good chance for exceptional damage AND speed...on top of that...legendary's seem to be even MORE exceptional in the areas they affect.

But it isn't unreasonable to get a exceptional or legendary, weapon that is sub-par in any othe the areas it effects.

ok, well we all know that it sux for an exceptional weapon, all I'm asking is, How much do you think its worth. I was just hopeing maybe the "Exceptional" name would give it some value.
