What I am asking is how fast do you swing you weapon to find the true cap in speed. ==========================================================

I hit my P3 specials with LVA about every 2 sec. When I get more speed attachments my speed does not seem to change. Does this mean that I am at the cap. I also change my weapons to a reinforced staff the speed is the same? So do specials have a set speed cap for that special moves. If let my toon just go and use no specials it Hits every sec no matter what weapon I use. I am wandering is there any one out there that Hits a special faster then once every 2 sec or faster then once a sec with no specials. Because I am thinking 2 sec is fast as you are going to get. Am I right or not?Reason I am asking is I am +8 now and good skill attachments are getting very expensive and if I do not have to get the attachment I will go for accuracy attachments.
