Im going M Pike / M Brawler / M rifles
Wanna hunt Ns for loot (and for fun 
)
)I have a pretty nice mind poison lance and wondered what my tactics should be?
Should i rush in and dot, and intimidate with my lance and then kite the rest with my rifle, or should i go all the way with pike (not using poison)??

What kinda NS? u cant hurt elders and such unless you have a NSEL but for others your best bet is to try and take on as few at once as possible. intimidate/stun/block to lower their damage output and attempt to get them on their back with dizzy/kd if they aren't too high a level for it (still a chance just less of one).
EDIT: didnt notice the word rifles, in that case until things are fixed your best bet is to pull out that t21 and shoot their mind away. Also theres a search function at the bottom of your page where you can type in "Nightsister Hunting" and find the myriad of posts already on the subject

Might be a bit soloing them with that template if you don't have any medic skills, unless you use Conceal Shot.

Only if the poison has very high uses or infinite should you use it in pve.

strategy vs ns is this.
Medic is handy. And Int1 will get the job done.
This will include most NS except Elders
Rangers adn Outcasts seem to give me the best loot. So I hunt them mostly because when push comes to shove I can take 3 or 4 of them down at a time.
I usually start out with headshot3 until he gets within melee range. If you are speed capped rifleman, they wont make it.
If they do its up to you on whether or not to go to the pike. Most times they are close to dead. youc an do this for most NS. I suggest pulling them 1 at a time.
I have a pike that is 580 max dmg 3.1 spd. +24 Polearm Speed +23 Polearm Dmg(broken) and a nice action poison. If sh it hits the fan and I get 3 or more on me I go to that and they go down very fast. Make sure the first thing you do no matter how many are on you is INT. Most important part. Int all of them and then try to get them on the ground. Keep them int. If not there dmg will add up fast along with the bleed.
Protector, Spell Weaver, Stalkers take one at a time. I am sure more than one can be done but you will be in the fight of your life without a Uber Pike at your side and Rifleman can't help you with these.
Elders:
Unless you have a NSEL pikeman is only good for int against Elders.
But get within range and take cover. You can either spam Conceal shot, which some ppl swear by. Or you can Conceal shot Peace until your finger falls off. Either way she will at some point Start to Bleed. Some ppl get away without a bleed and kill her. Once she does PEace and Run. Once it starts to Tick she will give chase. If she has a Stun Baton then get on your bike can get the hell out. I Got one hit by one tonight because I didn't see the stun baton in her hand.
if its anything else you can do one of 2 things. INT her then strafe shot till she dies. (done it) or run away till she stops bleeding and then continue Conceal shot. I have a problem with the second part of this. Because everytime I try it they despawn before I kill her. The time I strafe Shot her to death she gave up imperial Plans. lol
Happy hunting. You can do well hunting NS with your template. Just take a friend to heal or pick up Medic.
