1)With master pikeman, the only way to cap is with +20 speed. Good luck trying to get +30 (at least) speed to cap without master.
2)See the FAA for your "where to loot" question
3) Make a post on your server's trade boards if you're looking to buy something.

I'd ask on your trade forums other than that the only reliable place to get attachments like that is killing Nyax and Elders every second you are online until you get lucky or give up.

um, get master brawler that will give uo +80 speed then get the FS melee speed that will bring you up to +92 and you only need a +5 speed tape to cap with most pikes

Isn't is like +94 to get speed capped? I mean, I was a Master Rifleman capped at +97 and that is on most rifles near the 8.0 speed range. Since most pikes are lower than 6.5 speed, the overall skill tapes you need is like +19 or +14 after Master Brawler (if you get it).

yeah, I only have +94 and I cap with like 5.8 spd weapons.
To cap with attachments your best bet is your trade forum, however it will cost you about 10mil to get +19-20. I dought anyone would give away +10 or higher attachments, but you could get lucky with some smaller ones, and just build up.

see the problem is... ahazi i saw a +25 that went for 18 mil... i dont have the sp for master brawler (im going to do the fs speed) yeah... i dont have 18 mil so much he... i have 3 right now... any other tips on capping ... i am master pike and i will get the fs speed... hmmm that is 87 speed? i need about 8 more then...

yeah i sorta need to cap my speed in pike... because yeah without it master pikeman isnt the greatest... and i want it to be lol... so if anyone could hook me up with some attachments (ca/aa because i have a prenerf mabari belt and ubese shirt) or tell me a nice place to loot some... i would say +10 and higher... please help me out with this because i havent had much luck in purchasing them...

that is how i did it too. The FS melee speed is a +12 !!! that gets you like half way there. Pluss if you are griding FS XP by doing missions you can buy the AA & CA you need
