What does the stun effect do anyway to both PC's and NPC's?

Not 100% sure about this but i think it makes your target miss a round of combat and lowers their defences slightly. It also prevents Zabraks from using equilibrium i think.

it:

makes your target easier to hit (lowers defenses)

allows states to be applied more easily

lowers damage output

prevents the use of skills such as /vitalize and /feigndeath

This is very important to use on people you know will spam fd. It's something most people don't realize, and get really pissed off about when they can't kill the guy on the floor.
