Ohhh nice. I know this is totally off subject but your outfit looks K-I-C-K-A-S-S.

He's wearing a doctors dress with comp bracers, gloves, helmet and I'd imagine boots, a good look for swordsman thta I have also worn though in purple black. 
Nice lance man I have a similar mind poison combat staff and those high potpoisons are really nice against resist buffs.

Doctor's Dress, Red and Black
Composite Armor Bracers, Black
Composite Armor Gloves, Black
Composite Armor Helmet, Red
Composite Armor Boots, Red
The outfit generally looks a whole lot better when wearing an Ubese Bandolier.

I would much prefer a Health Poison. I already have a 285 Health Fire that it would fit nicely with. But I do also have a 291 Action Fire, which this goes with quite nicely.

No, they're just cool looking.
I find if you wear 90% Bracers, Gloves, Boots, and Helmet, you don't take much damage at all.

High DOT weapons are common on Kettemoor for the most part.
