Thread: Seeking KD timer info

I'm looking for information on the kd timer nerf that was implemented some publishes back. I'd like to know:
- Does the timer go into effect if the kd attempt fails?
- Does the timer apply to the target or to the user? Scenario: I target a janta shaman and use sweep2 all jantas around me drop except one primalist. Can I target and kd the primalist that did not drop or is the timer in effect for him also?
- What is the actual "time" between a successful kd and the next time I can attempt it.
- Does this also affect posture change? Scenario: I kd someone in pvp they get up can I now use posture change before the kd timer has expired?
I may not have covered all the bases so anything additional that has been discovered would be helpfull also. And if there is a post out there already please just direct me to it. Was unable to find one though.

for some reason i was under the imperssion that it was 40 seconds, and , if i do a KD and realize that i didnt have dizzy, i normally apply it and do a posture change, and i think all KD's are equal, as in, lunge 2 and Sweep are both KD's , and lunge 1 and hit 3 are our posture downs. . . . .

if you want to be good in PvP, dont use macros, maybe a cob macro, but stop there, they will fail, you will get kd:ed, you will get postured down and you will have to dump them to heal, go by feeling, if you know you kd a guy, takes him maby a avrage 10seks to get up, you can either warcry him to keep him for another 10/20sek or just change to a posture down, if you get him down then, and i takes him 10seks to get up, you can go about with the normal KD again. Easy as pie.
