Is 4-4-0-4 Combat Medic and Pikeman a good choice for PvP? Would TKM CM be better?

i have never done CM, i guess you could and just use a Mind Fire pike, and throw mind poisons and disease as they come in. . . . . . . . .

You'd be a one man DoT squad..and probably become quite hated on your server. I thought about going this template, but decided against it in the long run.

If you can handle some flames and love to piss people off, do it. I also thought about a cm/pike template and then remembered how detrimental it would be to anything pve it would be for me, this is just after making my main a jedi so I needed crystal support.

Thats what I am but so many people will only see you as a dot user instead of a support class. I play more of a Pike/combatMEDIC. I'll throw my initial rounds of posions/disease and than heal my team and support them where it's needed. Mind you I do like making people mad since people will send you tells "Your just a noob who can't win without your dots. You suck" Only gotta remember to responds "Well it seems to me that you just got beaten by a noob"

I would do cm/tkm or cm/fencer. Because most people have mind poison and since pikeman has no mind attack, you couldn't really kill them without really good diseases.

yeh, try CM, fencer. . . . . more defenses, or better yet, do a ranged proff, if ur gonna group PvP , you will probably want to be able to stand back and chuck poison/shoot . . . . .

im curently pikeman/doc3.0.3.0/CM1.0.0.4
Its working pretty good, but not enough defs for the top end PvP, and also its a bit of a waste with good poisons since i wont get the multiplyer from the x.0.0.0 tree in Combat medic.
The thing is since you need Atleast doc 3.0.1.0 to survive in PvP you cant get enough cm to make it as strong as ithas potential to be.For pike i must say that i would go with the oldpike/doc4.0.3.0/fencer0.4.4.0 or 4.4.0.0 template and get good pikes insteed of spending skillpoints on CM. If you arent asfocused on PvP howeveryour template will be great suport in PvE with area heals, poisons, dmg output and mind heal.
Hope you find some thing that suits your needs.
