Being the highest caste, we get to dictate who's lower than whom

I agree to an extent. If you can get your hands on a 200 min stun baton you can actually do some damage with 1handed attack 3 and fencer has much better defenses. However fencer isn't worth a damn in pve. A swordsman has to be speedcapped to be effective, no question about it. That means getting some skilltapes that, at least on Sunrunner, are in high demand. Swords doesnt have as good of defenses but the damage output is incredible! Swords is great for pve and pvp, but all melee pale in comparison to a speedcapped pikeman!
