I am going for Offensive Techniques, because I LOVE Leghit 1, and I can't wait for Leghit 2.

I'm thinking Defensive 1 for knockdown is the way to go. Or maybe Offensive 1 so you can get to Offensive 2 sooner to get a better area attack.

well as nice as it is to be able to target action with leg hit one it is not near as powerfull as polearmhit2. i was holeing it would do at least close dammage but the highst hit i have done with leghit2 is 600 and the average seems to be about 300 where my average hit with polearmhit2 weems to be about 500. both these numbers are vs creatures and polearmhit2 gets a much better hit aginst NPS's(evenafter they pull out a melee weapon and beat on me).

I went with Defensive Techniques to learn polearmsweep1 because with this you can solo just about any monster on your own, then after that, I went and maxed out Master Stances for the speed bonuses. Now I am going to finish up Defensive, then do Offensive.

I went for Sweep 1 at Defense, but there's a lengthy delay after using it that lasts the duration of the knockdown period, so it doesn't give that much of an advantage solo.

Ver, you can get off two polearmhit2s after you sweep before an enemy can strike you. That is significant for me. I also use either my 4.4 staff or my 3.8 vibro lance, so that might play some part, but when I sweep, just as I am doing my first polearmhit2, the enemy is getting up, and then just after my 2nd one, the enemy is about to attack so that is when you do a sweep, and the cycle repeats itself.

Depending on the speed of the stick in your hand.

You have officially talked me out of getting defense for sweep 1....I just dont know which I want now....

The attic was less to us from the cellar the bones like the attic let them have it let them stay in the attic. When they sometimes come down the stairs at night and stand perplexed behind the door and headboard of the bed brushing that chalky skull with chalky fingers with sounds like the dry rattling of a shutter. Thats what I sit up in the dark to say.

Haha, I have Penday? If so, I apologize, because it is a great move for the Pikeman. If you don't want to get it first, then do the Stances column first to get the +30 to Polearm Speed.
