Hello, im just wondering if stats affect the dmg i do with my polearm? because i wear a full suit of bone armor (with 18-20% energy protection on each peice to protect me from blaster users while i run up to them) only problem is that with it on my strength goes down to 200, so i wondering if this will effect my dmg? or just how much ham is used per special move?

It is my belief (and I may be wrong...) that strength only affects the cost of a special move, as opposed to the damage dealt. so damage is all on the weapon...

Hope this helps,

Strength Does NOT effect brawlers Damage, in any type of attack, whether your unarmed, or two hand, or polearm. Strength does not effect the damage you do.

What does strength DO?

Lowers the cost of skills when using skills that are related to attack. Example: You have 500 Strength, you use a skill that costs 200 Health Pts. Now you throw on armor, You ahve 200 Strength, you use that same skill that costed 200 before, now costs 250, or 300 or something.

Strength also does:

Reduces Damage Dealt to Health Pool - Example: You have 500 Strength, you get hit for 200 Pts of Health Dmg. Now you throw armor on, You have 200 Strength, you are hit again by the same creature, But now, you take an extra 50. Or what not

Its kind of like that. So where does armor come into? Armor is extremely vauble when it comes to PVP, and PVM. All around, i wouldn't want to be a Wookie because of the damage they'll take in PVP.

Theres my 2 cents and from what i have heard / know.
