If it's anything like Flurry you can't make VibroAxes yet because the right kind of steel hasn't shown up on the server yet.

Anyone know where a wookie can purchase a Vibro Axe on Kettemoor? Havent seen anything better than my Combat Staff. Any tips would be much appreciated.
