So I mastered the defensive tree tonight (go me!) and dueled one of my PA buddies to test out the new modifyers.

It took her longer to kill me, which was a great feeling! But, the dizzy/intimidate/etc attacks still affected me on the first try. Since we have the most defense vs these attacks compared to the other melee classes, why doesnt it work better?

Granted she was a master, but the attacks she was using were lower level attacks.

Oh well, just wondering if this is somethingother people have noticed and possibly something to include in the next correspondant letter

Those defenses dont work some might say otherwise but if they do its on such a miniscule scale as to be hardly noticable toughness & melee/range defense works though.

Yeah.. I haven't notced any benefits from the defense vs X attributes. Not against mobs, nor against players. I wonder what +10 vs X does.
