Pikeman Archive

Hi all. I'm close to becoming a novice pikeman and would like your opinions on the best way to set my stats. I know stat migration takes a while, so I would like to start before I hit pikeman. Any suggestions? Thanks

ps- I am working towards First Aid II and Exploration III also.
