Does anyone know if your character is stored on the server when cancel your account? I'm pretty pissed about the patch. Since the game is unplayable now and I refuse to sell back all those hard earned Polearm and combat xp I've earned i was just thinking I'd cancel for a few months and let SWG figure out how they are going to fix the mess they've made. So is there a grace period and if so how long?

I wouldnt be posting this here except that SWG Customer Support hasnt repsonded to the question in the past 24 hours (the weekend just started) and my billing cycle is coming up tomorrow.

PS anyone have any game recomendations? Was playing AO until SWG came out. Any tips on something new or was SWG it?

Well from what I remeber/overheard/make up was that no they will not wipe the characters when you cancel. But they arent saving you either. More like "hey we need more space oh just delete all inactive accounts". I know AO was like this came back after like a year and my characters where still there.
