any tips to help a brother get back to pikemen?
This is what I did:
Traveled to Restuss on Rori.Left through the east gate.Approx. 150m to the east-southeast is a spawn point with four aggressive trandoshan brawlers. I carefully approached the closest thug until he aggro'd -- they don't swarm so you can pull one at a time. After pulling all four, loot one of them to remove the corpse from the server. He will instantly respawn. Kill the new thug. Loot his corpse. Repeat until you get an empty corpse -- as you klnow, empty corpses don't disappear when you try to loot them. So go loot another corpse, from when you initiallty broke the spawn, and start another cycle. Now just keep repeating the cycle, taking breaks as necessary to heal and let the spawns catch up, if you're fast and end up with four unlootable corpses.
I used a full suit of composite armor to absorb blows, and just let my Long Vibro Axe do the talking -- the Medium AP and the high damage range, plus the speed slice I managed to get, balanced out the heavy accuracy penalties. If the accuracy was ever a problem, I switched to my basic Lance.
Each brawler I killed coughed up around 450 EXP while grouped. You can kill one every 10-20 seconds without a problem, if you know what you're doing. So it's an average of 1800 EXP a minute, or 108000 EXP per HOUR. Realistically, though, you'll be earning probably 70000 EXP an hour, due to the erratic spawns and corpse looting, and even the occasional incap/death if you're really unlucky.
Hope that helps.
An easier, less aggrivating way to get the missions, if your below novice is to pick up a probot ("pro-bot? whats that?", "Well lemme tell ya sumthin bout the old days....." nm) Grouping with the pro-bot should get you lvl 32 missions. If you have Ranged support (marksman) you can achive more favorable (1 on 1) situations using warning/threatin shot, takes a bit to get used to but when you get the hang of it you can send one or two running, deal with the one you didn't threaten then chase the others down. Basically you want to spam waning shot untill the beast turns tail then peace out immediately and it'll keep running untill well outta aggro range. They can sneak back tho so watch your radar, oh and non-aggro con's only.
Lowca huh, when you get to novice /tell Ovy if you need training I'll help you out when ever possible.
