I sure as hell don't know but I have to tell you that I have had the most fun ever with my pike.

Way before this game was realeased or even in beta I decided on TK and being a Zabrak. Did that on Eclipse and loved it but got bored after a few months when there weren't really anything to do anymore. Thought about quitting the game but decided to try out a Euro-server. Couldn't really decide what prof, was about to go TK again but since everyone is that now I wanted something new. After some different ideas I decided on Rifleman/Pikeman because of the nice block-stacking.

Imo prolly the best way to go about this would be to get MRM first, just get a tank and level that away so I would get some defense and some nice bleeds I could pop in before I would start the pike-levelling. Still I find myself in the front with that **edit** LVA all the time

There are times that I realize just how much I suck (1-0-0-0) and not being sure of it getting that much better but I still love it. I am not a very patient man but I don't even get angrywhen I miss three specials in a row (big chock if you knew me ), more likely will I laugh at it and just enjoy myself!

Don't even care about the block not stacking anymore, I'm gonna master these professions anyway. Too bad my comp crashed bigtime last night, I would just love to be in there right now, swinging that beautiful LVA of mine

P.S Could someone give me a viable reason for master pike before rifle? D.S

As many of the old and faithful pikemen here already know, the only reason to be a pikeman is the love of the weapon. If you do not enjoy the polearm, there is no benefit from this class that compares to the other melee. As for which to master first, I would say rifle is a more intelligent choice...

Sadly, I continue to see this as the case. When people ask me about pikeman, if they're looking for great offense, I have to say swordsman outdamages pike, if they're looking for defense, I tell them they are looking in exactly the wrong place. I still cannot honestly recommend pikeman as better than anything, not even in area attacks since swordsman has many similar aoe attacks we have, save for sweep2.

I hope sincerely we have gained enough recognition during all the holocron-ing going on that we will be improved during the upcoming combat passes...
