with the decay my armor is now offishally useless ... i had padded and will be needing a new set ... though would like yr advice and what is best for pikeman ... cr's is of no concern ... i have more than i know what do do with ...

Why padded?

Your choices are: 70-80% kinetic Ubese for PvE (lightweight and relatively cheap) OR 70-80% all composite for PvP/PvE (heavy heavy heavy on the encumbrance and the bank)

padded cus it looked cool to me, and it was my first set ... but i now figure tht there has to be something better than tht out there ...

ty ... i'll probally have to go with the kinetic then ... if composite is harder on the encumbrance than padded is i probally wont even be able to put on the boots ... i couldnt get the whole padded set on

Comp is very heavy on the encumbrance. Everyone has to buff their stats to get a full set on, whereas I can wear my encumbrance-sliced ubese without any buffs and still have some secondary points left over. I think the total encumbrance is somewhere about 300-325 to each stat for the full set.

a good idea can be to combine different sort or armors. My setup is Chitin, Ubese and Composite atm
