Well, number one sounds like you want warcry back (I do too ). This isn't going to happen. Too many carebears cried to the devs and got it taken out. The main reason being that once a TKM stuck a warcry on you for 20 seconds, you were as good as dead. I don't really have a problem with it in PvP, I just wish to hell they had left it in for PvE. Oh well. One more knock for pikeman.


Number 2, we already do have a multiple target system. All you have to do is while you using a special on one mob, target the other mob. Hit the special of choice. When you are finished the special on the first mob, you will automatically apply the queued special move to the second mob. You can then retarget the first mob and queue another special back on it. It takes some getting used to, but it does work.

With the "lame" attack of the slow attack they would still be able to defend, just not move. I know you like warcry but how about this?

Second, I know we can switch between two targets but I'm saying attack both of them at the same time! Kinda like a whirlwind attack instead of just hitting the area attack 3 times to kill something.

We also have to decide if you think these are worthy of being in the top 5 or you have more important issues

The ideas lend themselves to fun and tactical compared to combat effectiveness (our standard issues of underpowered)


1) a lame or immoblizing attack. Either slow a combantant down or immobolize them for 10-20 seconds (similiar to what warcry did to combat)


tactically this could be used to help kite large monsters for your group, or catch those runners in pvp. Just a tactical unique attack


2)Multiple target quere. If your fighting two monsters you can do separate specials for each which would give us more diversity in fighting different kinds of mobs or people in combat. For example KD on one target and action hit on another


Tactically you would be able to get a second target at novice pike and 3 at master level.


Need positive or negative comments, either is fine but we need some blood flowing in the pikeman forums

You can already que for 2 things... just tab over when you are still using specials on the other. Load up specials on the other and it switches when the first's is gone. Hitting 2 things at one time would be cool, and it should only be a pikeman thing.

But if they did make it a PIkeman only thing, all the TKMs would go crying to the devs.

Don't get me wrong. It's a good idea, I just don't think it will fall through.

One of the devs kid is a tkm and because of that you never see anything making tk worse. So if everyone went tk something good might happen and they might acually fix and make everyone happy with our own profs.

why would they go crying to the Devs?


They get a double hit on the SAME target ours should be a double hit on different targets.


They get Knockdown/dizzy probably the most unbalancing move for the class that can already hit faster then any other melee class in the game.


And we already have attacked that hit different targets with the same move.

We have 3 area type attacks.

WE have an area Dizzy, Area knockdown, and Area stun.


Also anyone else notice that no matter what attack we use that it has a chance to stun? I noticed that useing polearmhit2 a bunch of time will eventually stun my target.


I just wish they would raise our to hit mods a bit. These polearms with -47, -47, -47 blow. and the one GOOD polearm they give us the Nightsister lazer lance is a pain in the butt to get, a pain in the butt to get the parts for, AND has an energy type that 85% of the MOBs and 100% of the PCs are resistant to (Energy).
