Hi fellow Pikemen and Pikewomen

Just got given a Nightsister lance by a mate that does poision damage etc... Is it our profession that can use it?? because I am not certified apparantly and I cannot see in the skills table where it comes in- Im about half way through the profession.

Is there a mission that gives you extra certification maybe?

as long as your certified to use a lance yu should have no problem with it

Like i say im halfway up Pikeman - and it says im not certified. So unless its for fencers only or master brawlers im flumaxed

Well it looks like a Pikeman weapon to me, and if yor a Pikeman you should be able to use it i guess. The only thing I can think of is that they havent put the cert in for it yet...mebbe with the new patch?

Can i ask - when u equip the weapon , does it say certification : yes?

There's your answer. It says you're not certified because it's a "Nightsister lnace" which is a slightly different name than "lance". If you have the certification for a basic lance, you will be able to equip it and not recieve any message about not having the skills.

it says no on the weapon for cert for master pikeman

but when i equip it it does not say damage will be reduced blah blah blah

does full damage and effects

I asked the CSR's and they say you have to do something special that they wont tell us in order to become certified
