These numbers were taken in the sticked post:

move | H/A/M mod | to-hit mod | damage mod | time mod

polearmarea2 | 2.0/1.5/1.5 | 10 | 2.5 | 2.5

polearmspinattack2 | 2.0/1.5/1.5 | 10 | 3.0 | 2.5

polearmhit3 | 2.0/1.5/1.5 | 10 | 3.0 | 2.5

I know these numbers were right before ... but I think we were stealth fixed or something ... because they are no longer accurate ..

Area II used to do more state butto beweaker than Spin II ... but I'm quite sure Area II is now stronger than Spin II ... it might be slower too but since I'm capped in speed I can't see the difference

So if I'm right Spin II is now completly useless =(

Also ... Hit III used to be as strong as Spin II ... but now it is definitly not the case ... Hit III is a LOT stronger than Spin II and Area II ..

So I think our stickiest post no longer have the right numbers .. and we'll have to do some research to find the new one ... I don't have a lot experience in this kind of thing but I will probably try to do some research myself...

Don't hesitate to correct me if I'm wrong =P

Yep, already noticed, and I posted about it in that thread, toward the end. I'm still trying to find the time to finish up the tests on the rest of the specials, at least as far as time and damage multipliers.

I found that area2 was more like 2.8x or so versus spin2's 2.5x and hit3 was 4.0x. This was a couple of publishes ago, so I'll recheck everything.

Double check hit 3, though... it honestly feels like it was upped in publish 7 and dropped again in 8. I was doing great damage with it, then my damage dropped back down to pre-publish 7 levens once 8 hit...

As of last week anyway hit3 was still doing 4x damage.

Meh... maybe I just suck then. I dunno... seems like it dropped. Could just be luck of the draw, too.
