has anyone noticed how we seem to barely get ANY traffic on our board...... we need to start greifing the crap out of jedi or logging off every 30 minutes, so we can get some good flame wars going................

I get alot of $hit ingame, but noone seems to troll our forum

i do agree this is the most unpopulated forum here (other than maybe the brawler one) but i see that as a plus...... we dont have any trolls, or posts named teh exact same thing over and over and over again. (unlike teh swordsmans famous: Krayt/ NS elder soloing? thread) but heres some conflict: TKA ARE WAY TO POWERFUL! NERF NERF! SWORDSMEN SHOULDnT GET ANY AP!!!! MAKE ALL PIKES TRIPLE DOT anD CAP AT ..5 SPEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

k guys,we have to change this, stay here and just have random conversations thru posts. the forum nazis wont delete them cause no one cares about the pikemen

Well...now that there are some Kauri people moving around in here, there's bound to be drama. Quick, someone say something about squirrel's mom.

I hate to say this, but i have been following this forumn since earlier this year. Been a pikeman from the beggining so this was the only forumn i used to read. There used to be alot of traffic on it, but if someone (a newb or whathave ya) comes in and post...there is no mercy... he is relentlessly flamed. And that has been a trend. So i can kind of see why people are hessitant to post here.

I remember when I first started posting in the pikeman forums I felt very much like an outsider. It was like ... ghad all these people know each other, have inside jokes, and all they can say to me is shut it noob. Thing is, the pikeman forum community is veryclose knit. It may take a few posts but they eventually warm up to you if you show you're planning to stick around. The cool part is, once they do warm up, you realize what an excellent community it is.

For better or worse, that's just how the community of pikemanare here (IMO).

I visit the pike boards every day but all I usually see are "how much is the pike worth", "check out this uber pike", or "what do you think of this template". I always read what's written but honestly just have nothing of value to provide to the conversion. /shrug

Anyway you make a good point that our boards have been dead. I'll make an effort to start up some new threads and also contribute to existing ones.

I come to this board usually everyday to see whats going on. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here so thats good. I don't post that much but mostly read others posts. Maybe I should post more.

When the revamp docs are released and/or the sandbox gets up and running we'll hopefully have plenty to talk about.
